Why this exists

A company that sells phone service owes the FCC a certification, a written plan, an annual recertification and an answer to every traceback request within 24 hours. It owes USAC a revenue worksheet. It owes a privacy certification signed by an officer. Miss the wrong one and other carriers are required to stop taking your calls.

Large carriers have regulatory departments for this. A twelve-person phone company or an IT firm that resells hosted voice does not. Telecom law firms do the work well, at law-firm prices. We do the preparation for a flat fee and send the legal questions to lawyers.

How we work

• We prepare filings and procedures from the information you give us.
• An officer of your company reviews, certifies and submits every filing. You keep control of your government accounts.
• We read the FCC's orders and notices as they come out and update your documents when the rules move.
• We state our prices on the services page and we do not bill by the hour.

What we are not

• We are not a law firm, and we do not give legal advice or represent anyone before the FCC.
• We are not affiliated with the Federal Communications Commission or the Universal Service Administrative Company.
• We do not work with outbound dialing platforms, lead-generation call centers, or companies that will not name their owners.

A new practice, said plainly

Dialtone Compliance opened in October 2026. It was started by Drake Stollenwerk. We do not have a wall of client logos, and we will not invent one.

What we can show you is the work. The 2027 deadline calendar and the list of 2026 changes are free and cite their sources. On October 9, 2026 we downloaded the FCC's public database and analyzed all 11,508 filing records in it.
