Standing duties with a clock, not a date

Ten business days. It covers the contact person, the address, ownership, your STIR/SHAKEN status and the plan itself. The base forfeiture for missing it is $1,000, and the violation continues daily until it is cured.

Read this before you rely on a date

How these dates move.

  • When a due date falls on a weekend or a federal holiday, FCC filings are due the next business day. The list above already moves the 2027 dates that land on a weekend.
  • The FCC and USAC publish a notice ahead of each deadline. Those notices control. This page was last checked on October 9, 2026.
  • State commissions keep their own calendars. California and Missouri register interconnected VoIP providers, and Maine requires registration before a provider requests telephone numbers.
